Minimum Weekend/Holiday Stays
For advanced reservations during peak season
there is a 2 night minimum stay on all weekends.
There is a 3-night minimum on major holidays.
All prices quoted are for 1-2 people. Each additional person is
$15.00 on both peak and quiet seasons.

Quoted rates do not include gratuities or
applicable taxes, including 6.5% state sales tax, 3% local tax, and 1%
hospital tax. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations
To cancel a
reservation , we require a 14 day advance notice on reservations of less
than 5 days and 30 day notice on 5 or more days. On later
cancellations or early check-out, we will charge your credit card with a
non-refundable cancellation fee, equivalent to a minimum one night stay.
If your unit can be rented for the time period reserved, a $20 processing
fee will be charged, if not you may be responsible for the nights not
rented. As a family owned business, cancellations affect us greatly. Thank
you for your consideration. Rates and policies are subject to change
