Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night plus tax will be charged to your credit card to be held towards our 7-day cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 7 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel during the 7-day window the deposit will be held towards a future stay for up to one year.
The balance due of your stay will be taken by the credit card provided on the arrival date. If you would prefer to use a different credit card for the balance due on arrival, please contact us. Please note that we do not accept checks or American Express credit cards.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Please make arrangements in advance for an early/late check-in or later departure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All rooms feature: Complimentary Wi-Fi, television, Caribou Coffee & coffeemaker, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, microwave and small refrigerator (or a fully equipped kitchen). Units 5, 7 and 10 have wood burning fireplaces with complimentary wood and fire starters.
All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed a minimum of 50 feet away from the building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a room.
We do not allow pets (unless you have a service animal).
