Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The total cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit card upon booking. If you cancel prior to 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel during the 14-day window, a cancellation fee of one night plus tax will be held towards a future stay for up to one year from the cancellation date. 

Please note that we do not accept checks.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Please make arrangements in advance for an early/late check-in or later departure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Room Amenities

All rooms feature: Complimentary Wi-Fi, television, Caribou Coffee & coffeemaker, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, microwave and small refrigerator (or a fully equipped kitchen). Units 5, 7 and 10 have wood burning fireplaces with complimentary wood and fire starters.

All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed a minimum of 50 feet away from the building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a room.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets (unless you have a service animal).
