LODGING POLICIES
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, a deposit of one night plus tax will be charged to your credit card to be held towards our 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel during the 14-day window, a cancellation fee of one night plus tax (the deposit) will be held towards a future stay for up to one year from the cancellation date.
Please note that we do not accept checks.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Please make arrangements in advance for an early/late check-in or later departure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Room Amenities
All rooms feature: Complimentary Wi-Fi, television, Caribou Coffee & coffeemaker, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, microwave and small refrigerator (or a fully equipped kitchen). Units 5, 7 and 10 have wood burning fireplaces with complimentary wood and fire starters.

All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed a minimum of 50 feet away from the building. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a room.

Pet Policy
We do not allow pets (unless you have a service animal).
